Sometimes people want to contact me. Bluesky or Mastodon are probably best, though I do read all emails eventually. I try to keep my Facebook to people I know and struggle with it, so send me a message first. I no longer actively use Twitter .
Please understand that I’m chronically ill, and communicating takes a lot of energy. As much as I want to, I’m unable to help with finding medical help, navigating the benefits system or other such issues (I can’t even do my own). That said, I do like people saying hello, and penguin pictures are always appreciated 🙂
