Project 365: Day 33: 20th July 2011 – Alex the Bear

Alex the Bear

Woke up about midday, feeling rather rotten and in a lot of pain. Spent most of the day in bed, and wasn’t well enough for my bath when the carer came. She did some tidying up though, and brushed my teeth in bed.

Did go on the computer for a bit to do dailies, and confuse the raid leader in our guild by only being signed up as tentative instead of accepted πŸ˜› Ordered Indian food as Johan was raiding, but it wasn’t as nice as from around the corner.

Tomorrow is my appointment at the CFS clinic, which my M.E. consultant wants me to go to. I’m hoping I’ll be well enough to travel.

Project 365: Day 32: 19th July 2011 – Rebekah Brooks

Rebekah Brooks

Woke up about 9.30am, after a bad sleep, and got up when favourite carer arrived. She did tell me I looked knackered, and that’s how I feel πŸ˜›

Did dailies and levelled Elisaveta a bit, but had to get off my desktop computer as sitting up was difficult and painful. Stayed on my bed, watching the parliamentary select committee questioning both Murdoch’s, a guy trying to attack Rupert Murdoch, then watching Rebekah Brooks being questioned as well.

Really tired, so I think I’ll be going to sleep not long after the carers have been tonight.

Project 365: Day 31 (replacement): 18th July 2011 – Back Rest

Back Rest

I forgot to do a photo for today, so I’m writing from the future πŸ˜› This is what I’d planned to take a photo of, anyhow.

Got up and dressed when favourite carer arrived, then went on my computer and did dailies then levelled Elisaveta. I was planning on going out to sort out my bus pass and buy the back rest for my bed, but wasn’t feeling up to it so sent Johan out to do it instead. When he came back I sorted out the bed rest. It was rather uncomfortable by itself, but once I piled my pillows and cushions on it it’s actually quite comfy and supportive, and makes it a lot easier to sit up in bed.

Pain was bad and spent much of the evening fighting nausea, before sleeping badly.

Project 365: Day 30: 17th July 2011 – Tidy Desk

IMG_20110717_232551

Woke up just as favourite carer was arriving this morning. She went and did stuff in the kitchen, then when she came back I was alive enough to get up and dressed and stuff. Did my dailies in World of Warcraft, then messed around for a bit.

Also this morning I tidied my desk, and started tidying the rest of the living room. Hopefully tomorrow it will be done enough to take photos of πŸ˜›

Favourite carer came back at 6pm to help me with my bath. Had a nice long soak, then got out, lay on the bed for a bit then got ready for bed.

This evening I had a couple of dragons to kill, so logged back into World of Warcraft to work on Nefarian. Got a bit upset because I was struggling madly to try and heal the Onyxia/adds tank, but once I swapped to the Nefarian tank it was a lot easier for me. After about 3 hours, we got him down πŸ˜› I also got the achievement Defender of a Shattered World, so I have yet another title that doesn’t fit through doorways πŸ˜›

I also ran another Troll dungeon, so I’m valor point capped for the week πŸ™‚

Project 365: Day 29: 16th July 2011 – Google Reader

Google Reader

I have a lot of blogs and things to catch up with on Google Reader…

The payback from seeing Harry Potter is in full force. Been in a lot of pain and especially weak and floppy today. Was awake for favourite carer coming this morning, but was way too tired to get up. After a couple of hours I got up and did dailies and things, but I had to go back to bed afterwards. Napped for 6 hours this afternoon, then the carers came and brushed my teeth and things this evening, though one of them was knocking on the door so loud that I was extremely panicky.

Tried reading things on laptop in bed again, though not much is going in. Felt okay to sit up so levelled Elisaveta a bit.

Good news is Still Got Legs by Chameleon Circuit is now on Spotify, and I got my digital download link πŸ™‚ Nightmares is my favourite song I think, though I love the entire album. I recommend it to any Doctor Who lovers. If you don’t have Spotify, you can listen for free athttp://chameleoncircuit.bandcamp.com/album/still-got-legs
